### About the author

Ruth is a personal leadership coach and master’s student in IT-based educational design at Aarhus University. With a background in coaching, consulting, and learning design, she is passionate about helping people grow in clarity, self-leadership, and purposeful action. Originally from Denmark and currently living in Bangkok, she works across cultures and contexts, with a particular interest in leadership development and meaningful, practice-based learning.

Her work explores how tools, reflection, relationships, and everyday practices can support real change. This toolkit is part of that work: a practical resource designed to help people engage with their time, priorities, and leadership in ways that feel both useful and human.
